Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
Fair Solitaire is a free card game website. You can play without an account, and we never ask for your name or email address. This policy explains what little information is processed when you visit, who processes it and what choices you have.
Who we are
Fair Solitaire (fairsolitaire.com) is run by Anda Tech Solutions SRL, a company registered in Romania, which is the data controller for the personal data described below.

What we collect, and why
When you play
The games run entirely in your browser. The game number appears in the page address so you can replay or share a game. Any game settings or statistics are kept in your browser's storage on your own device and are not sent to us.
Hosting and security
The site is delivered by Cloudflare, our hosting provider. To send you the pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is needed to run the website (our legitimate interest). See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Visit statistics
If we count visits, we use privacy-friendly statistics that do not use cookies and do not follow you across websites, such as Cloudflare Web Analytics. They tell us how many people play and from which countries, not who you are.
When you write to us
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply and to fix what you reported. We keep the conversation for as long as it is useful for that, then delete it.
Advertising
Fair Solitaire is free because it shows ads. The ads are served by Google AdSense, and Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show them, to measure them and to limit fraud.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu.
Read more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before personalised ads or advertising cookies are used, through a consent message certified by Google. If you say no, you may still see ads, but they will not be based on your interests. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy settings option on the site.
If you are in a US state with a privacy law, such as California, you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising through the privacy message shown on the site or Google's Ads Settings.
Cookies
We do not set cookies of our own for tracking or advertising. Cookies on this site come from Google and its advertising partners as described above, and Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies that protect the site from bots and abuse. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Legal bases
Under the GDPR we rely on our legitimate interest to run, secure and improve the website and to answer your emails, and on your consent for personalised advertising and advertising cookies where consent is required.
Who receives data, and where
We do not sell your personal data. The service providers named above (Cloudflare and Google) process data on their own systems, which may be outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Such transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
If the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies to you, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@fairsolitaire.com and we will reply within one month. Because we do not keep accounts or profiles, we will usually hold no data about you besides any emails you sent us. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Romania this is the ANSPDCP.
Children
Fair Solitaire is made for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, for example when we add a new feature, we will update this page and the date at the top.
