Terms of Use

Last updated: 19 October 2026

These terms apply when you use fairsolitaire.com. By playing on the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who runs the site

Fair Solitaire is run by Anda Tech Solutions SRL, Str. Economu Cezărescu nr. 52, bl. 1, ap. 1509, sector 6, 060754 Bucharest, Romania (VAT number RO46223108). You can reach us at contact@fairsolitaire.com.

Playing the games

The games are free for personal, non-commercial use. You do not need an account. Please do not try to disrupt the site, overload it, copy it in bulk with automated tools or use it in a way that breaks the law.

What "every game can be won" means

We only deal games that have a known solution: a sequence of moves from the start of the game that ends with every card on the foundations. It does not mean every move you make keeps the game winnable; you can still get stuck, and then Undo and Restart are there to help. In games with face-down cards, a winning sequence exists, but you may still lose by guessing wrong about a hidden card.

Advertising and other websites

The site shows ads served by Google and its partners. We do not control the content of the ads or of other websites they or our pages link to, and we are not responsible for them. How advertising uses data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

The design of the site, the card faces and court card artwork, the texts and the code belong to Anda Tech Solutions SRL or are used with permission. You may share links to the site and to specific game numbers, but please do not copy or republish the content without our permission.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Fair Solitaire running and correct, but the site is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove games and features at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Romanian law, and disputes go to the competent courts in Bucharest, unless the law of your country gives you the right to go to your local courts.
